Terms & Conditions

1. Product Authenticity
All products are handcrafted using certified raw materials such as 99%+ pure copper, brass, and bronze. Minor variations in texture or finish are natural outcomes of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of each item.

2. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are quoted exclusive of GST and shipping. For international buyers, exports are covered under LUT (Letter of Undertaking), hence GST is not applicable. Import duties, if any, will be borne by the buyer.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Standard MOQs apply across product categories. Custom designs or private label orders may require a different MOQ based on complexity and production time.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) and a 50% advance payment. The balance must be cleared before dispatch. Customized or large-volume orders may require a higher advance.

5. Production Timeline
Turnaround times range from 7 to 25 business days, depending on order volume and customization. Firm timelines are provided after order confirmation.

6. Shipping & Documentation
We provide full support for international logistics and documentation, including FTA certificates where applicable. Shipments can be arranged via air or sea, with tracking and insurance options available.

7. Returns & Replacements
Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, reported within 3 days of receipt. Photo or video proof is required for evaluation.

8. Cancellations
Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled. Cancellation before production may be subject to a processing fee.

9. Intellectual Property
All product images, brand assets, and content are the intellectual property of Rawsome Shack and cannot be reproduced or used without written consent.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
